Same story as others, I paid the invoice for representation of a traffic ticket hearing scheduled December 1, 2023. Shortly after the hearing date, I called to ask if it was settled. She informed me they filed an extension, and I would receive something in the mail when final. Jan 13, I received a letter from North Carolina stating my driving privileges would be suspended if I didn’t settle the matter. I emailed Jan 13, Kelly responded she should you reach out first thing Monday. I waited and called the office on Tuesday. I left a voicemail, No response. DMV informed me that nobody showed up for the hearing, nor was an extension requested by an attorney. Wednesday, again no answer but now you could not leave a voice mail. I sent another email, but no response. I was visiting family, and I was very unsure how to get this corrected. I called everywhere I could think to get help to resolve this matter resolved. Luckily, I found help, I told the lady my situation and said how upset I was. She told me she would talk to a couple people and get back to me, she called back that afternoon and my matter was resolved. I cannot even begin to tell you how appreciative I was of this amazing county employee. I only received return call for my refund after I threatened to contact the BAR association. He told me they had a family emergency. Emergencies happen but, in this profession, you need a backup plan. Now, I received a suspension letter from PA DMV. NC sent them information to suspend my license. I am going to need to hire another attorney to settle this matter all because the initial attorney did not do their job.

Wonderful experience. Responsive, professional, effective. What more can you ask for? 10/10.
