From day one I knew Thomas Lamm, who I call Tom, was the man for my case. I was getting advice from another firm, but they didn’t make the grade. Tom’s commitment and checking on me weekly did it for me. He never brushed me off, always replied timely and never sugar coated anything! I appreciate him and his team. The members of the Ricci Law Firm have my utmost respect. They sincerely have my best interest and it shows in a daily basis. If or when I ever have a question or concern, I can call or email the team assigned to my case and expect a friendly voice or reply almost instantly.
Not only are the team members always available, but they personally call to see how I am doing on a regular basis.
