Very positive experience working with Walker and Hope. Met on a Thursday to discuss our will, health care directives, etc. He explained NC law and aspects of end of life planning clearly, answered all our questions. On Monday we let him how we'd like proceed. Prompt email back saying he'll prepare the needed docs. All docs ready the next day,, and we were able to review and sign off on everything. I've already recommended him to friends.

Contacted them to file an estate 5 weeks later, they have not filled an Estate and have no path forward. I’m sure it’s complicated but I found another attorney to handle it quicker. When I contacted the attorney for an update he told me that he could not be rushed although he still doesn’t have a plan. Don’t use this company there are other attorneys in Oxford that will be very responsive and welcoming to new clients. I think that the youngest attorney is very inexperienced and unfortunately it shows.
