At the initial consultation H Batten was very nice and I had the impression she would help me I paid her the fees of 1500.00 which depleted very fast just for calls and paperwork She charged me some times twice for the same services After paying additional amount she still did not communicate with my ex husband attorney to get results I wasted close to 3,000. for literally zero results

My case started with Holly Batten in January 2013. She won me sole custody of my child. This is now 2015 and the case is still not yet finished as there is an appeal in place and assets to be worked out.
