I couldn't be more pleased. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE using D Cole Phelps and plan to if ever needed to again in the future. We are from WV, My family and I was headed to a friends house to stay for a week in Greenville, NC prior to our vacation the following week at Topsoil, NC. I was pulled over for speeding on a county road going much faster than the speed limit. The officer was professional and did his job. However, this would have hit me kinda hard on insurance, my job and financially. I wasn't sure at the time what I was going to do. I started researching it at my friends, but decided to wait till after vacation to let it stress me. When i got home i had several mailers from Attorneys in NC area informing me they could help. I read through them all and then checked reviews. D. COLE PHELPS stood out. My initial contact to his office was pleasant, they were professional, courteous and understanding. I mainly communicated with them but Mr. Phelps did reply to me on a couple occasions. He is busy...but not too busy to do what he has to do to represent you. I felt confident in the fact that he was handling my traffic court appearance and followed up a couple times prior just to remind them (even tho they didn't need me to). The outcome...He was able to get it worked out so that it did NOT have a impact on my license or insurance. Thank you so much Mr. Cole and thanks to your employees who helped me through the process. I got a traffic ticket, it was stressing me out, and D. Cole Phelps took care of it all for me quickly, easily, and at a great price! I even messed up, and sent the wrong payment info. I realized the day of my court date, and started Googling "What happens if I miss my court date" since I didn't pay him in time. Turns out he represented me anyway and got my charges reduced!
