After receiving a speeding ticket on vacation from Connecticut, I received dozens of letters from attorneys advertising their legal services. I was ticketed by the kindness trooper in NC. Only recently moved back to NC from 30 years in Maryland. The trooper informed me I hadn't had a ticket n almost 20 years. This law firm treated me with the same courteous nature that the trooper did. I am overwhelmed by both my contact with both sides of the law. Being a older woman of color i was terrified at this process. I want to thank Mr Phelps law and the trooper for restoring some needed justice and professionalism our world needs today.

The Law office of D.Cole Phelps is easy to contact, very responsive to emails and helped me greatly with my traffic situation.
