I was on the way to Nags Head for my annual family vacation when I was stopped by a state trooper in Tyrrell County. I received 20 letters in the mail from different attorneys offering to represent me. From the very beginning, the Law Office of D. Cole Phelps stood out because of the many ways to hire them for representation. I also explored their website and was impressed with the resume of Attorney Phelps since he is so young. Attorney Phelps and his staff worked hard to have my speeding ticket reduced to a non-moving violation. As a result, neither my insurance or my license was impacted. About 2weeks ago I was on vacation from SC to the outer banks.. Too make a long story short, I got stopped on a bogust speeding charge, where the cops then found some marijuana in my possesion ... I was in a bad situation not to mention out of state... I was fortunate enough to create a bond with Mr. Phelps.. He didn't judge me at all and was a down to earth type of guy... Not like other lawyers I've met, just money hungry, and selfish... He had great prices, won my case, and helped me plan the rest of my vacation..
