Unfortunately, if you are reading this, it is too late to warn you that there are speed traps in this part of NC. Your bad luck notwithstanding, D. Cole Phelps will likely be able to make the best of your bad situation. In my case, D. Cole Phelps: 1) reduced my speeding charge to a non-moving violation; 2) closed my case weeks in advance of the trial date; and 3) handled my case with a minimum of administrative fuss and cost. In my opinion, he is as good as you're going to get in handling these situations. He is both effective and reasonable. I hope this review helps to spare you the anxiety of shopping around. Amazing Firm! Was easy to work with and quick at resolving my husband's speeding ticket. Would highly recommend and use again, but hopefully my husband does not get another ticket!

D. Cole Phelps is a man of his word. He will do what he said he will do and you can bank on his word. The situation I was facing would have devastated my driving career.
