I can not begin to say enough about Mike, First off he answered my call, I didn't have to leave a message or explain my situation to 5 people to get to him, He answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel as if he was rushed to get off the phone , not even knowing if I was going to retain him or not. After our conversation I would not have cared the price I knew he was our guy. His fees were reasonable. I got an email two days later saying all my husbands charges had been dropped, no court apperance, no court cost, fine, insurance or points to his license. Let me start by saying that these reviews come well overdue. Anna represented me in a case back in 2010 and was very professional, prompt and courteous, very detailed and very thorough. She walked me through the process every step-by-step until we came to a great conclusion in my case. And here I found myself 14 years later once again needing representation my first thought was call Anna Smith Felts. Once I made the call, I heard Mrs. Frida‘s voice again. I think it says a lot about Anna that people want to stay and work for her for so many years. Anyways, I gave her the rundown and Anna called me back shortly thereafter and quickly put my mind at ease, in the areas that I had concerns about my case. She came up with a game plan and instructed me on how we should proceed with forward with my case and a few court dates later we came out with an excellent result, as a matter of fact, we could not have come out with a better one.
