One of the best law firms I ever dealt with. Anna explained to me on our first consultation that she is committed to her clients. That couldn't be truer. Anna and her assistant Freda are with you from start to finish. My situation brought challenges never experienced before Anna guided me through the whole process. At one point I became frustrated, and Anna even called me on a Saturday to let me no everything was going to be okay. Anna is a very skilled attorney, who is professional and thorough, and her results were phenomenal! I hired Attorney Felts for a traffic violation to eliminate any impact on insurance and DMV... in which she handled to perfection. She was extremely professional and kept lines of communication open between her (and her staff) and myself. Anna was open, honest, and upfront as to the process and it was made clear what the expectations were. She ended up getting a much better outcome than expected and stayed in contact with us through the entire process. She absolutely went above and beyond for us.
