I would give zero stars if I could. At no point during my whole experience did I feel represented or defended by Moseley or his assistant, Renata. Moseley showed up for court LATE and smelling like a hangover. He got me the worst possible outcome from day one and didn’t even care. On later appearances in court, he didn’t seem to even remember me and did as little as possible. He even lied to me about the expungement and tried to charge me an additional $750 just to file THAT!! You don’t get what you pay for with Moseley Matheson.

They help me with a non-injury minor property damage accident and got my charges reduced so they would not affect my license or my insurance. This may not always be the case but I never had two set foot in court once. I ever have any future needs which I hope I don't they will be definitely my go-to attorney. Thanks Matheson and Associates!

Mr Matheson makes miracles happen! Highly recommend taking him in as your dui attorney. He took a case that I had not very high expectations in beating the state and found a way to blow them out of the water. Absolutely amazing work!!!

Radisson Madison and associates are great team of lawyers. It was less than 8 days before my initial court date and they were willing to have a sit down and take my case whereas other law firms said they needed more time. I worked with Attorney’s Jammie and Dhruvi they were awesome. I liked the fact that they took the time to inform me of the trial process and what to expect. It took four court dates ,but in the end my name was cleared! I’m retaining them to handle the next steps in my family court issues.

I worked with attorney Matheson on a case that took years to be heard due to COVID-19. Through all that time, he and his staff were always there to answer questions, were extremely responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure the best resolution possible. After another lawyer I used for a speeding ticket in the past discouraged us and suggested I shoul go to court, plead guilty, ask for mercy, pay the fine for a family member, get the points, accept a misdeamenor as well, and deal with it, I hired Mr. Matheson. He did not promise much, however, only that he will do his best, and he delivered exactly what he promised - his best. We got a small fine, reduced speed, no misdemeanor, and a few points in license that will not affect the insurance . I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to him personaly, and his team as well, as this kind of outcome we never dreamed it was possible. Thank you very much! We reccomend Matheson & Associates to all who may need legal help. His office will be the first we call if we'll ever need legal help in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Matheson and Associates.
