Hello Initially when I called, I was hung up on by the receptionist, I called back, I was polite, there’s a lot of truth in remembering how a person makes you feel, I felt belittled by the receptionist. The call from the initial answer was rushed and unpleasant. I’ve seen your response and that I do appreciate. I asked about speaking to you and was told that I would have to retain you (pay you) before any further information would be given. Based on the service I received on the initial and only call and upon further inspection, I would not be able to do business with your firm.

I had a great experience with Matheson and Associates. Personally, I didn’t think my case looked great, but Mr. Matheson personally handled my case, played his cards extremely well, and got all three of my charges dismissed. These guys were professional, easy to work with, and they definitely got the job done. Five stars.

Jamie is excellent. She was professional, responsive, attentive, listened and formulated a strategy to win. Jamie did an excellent job of asking questions so she could fully understand the situation. she spent a few hours even before I hired Matheson & Associates asking questions and explaining the process. We worked together for several hours before the hearing planning the strategy. She was well prepared, clear, concise, and focused on the facts and the law. I am certain the judge appreciated her procedure. It took the judge about 2 seconds after the testimony to render the decision in our favor and dismiss the case.

Exceptional service from Matheson Law! Melissa, my attorney, was so professional. She answered all of my questions and was very quick to respond, too. I had a speeding ticket that, if uncontested, would have resulted in points on my license and insurance. I completed an online driving safety course and Melissa went into court for me on my date. Here am I today with a clean record! I recommend Matheson Law to anyone with speeding infractions or other legal troubles. These guys are awesome!!

Attorney Matheson handled a family members two traffic tickets. His office is extremely responsive and very nice. We were kept informed of each step of the process in a timely manner. The outcome was exactly what we hoped for. Would definitely recommend using them, especially in Wake County!

This office was the ONLY attorney's office I called in NC, that was even willing to listen to me explain my case. Most offices either ignored my voicemails, had me wait a week to speak to an attorney, or requested money from me to even get a consultation. I spoke with London on the phone for a 1 hour consultation regarding an issue I had with a dental provider (that was ultimately resolved before we spoke). She allowed me to walk through my actual situation as well as hypothetical scenario's, and gave me advice that helped me understand my rights and how to avoid similar issues in the future. Business and/or commerical litigation isn't something your average person will understand. I felt like talking to her made the issue I was dealing with make more sense. I learned a valuable lesson. I will be referring everyone I know to this law office, if they are in a bind. They showed me that they are genuinely compassionate!
