I am so unbelievably thankful for their help in getting my traffic violation resolved. Considering I’m not very familiar with the Raleigh area I was very worried about receiving a court appointed lawyer. From the beginning speaking to his secretary in office to schedule an appointment to him literally walking me out of the courthouse, I felt secure. Mr. Floyd listen to me, did not judge me based on my charges, and gave me encouraging words and reassurance when I needed them most. Considering he is obviously a very very busy man he was fully capable of taking on the workload and juggling everyone with a kind heart and attentiveness. Familiar or complete stranger to the area I would highly recommend Christopher T Floyd to get the case resolved effectively. It was my pleasure to work with you Mr. Floyd! Emailed this firm with some questions before hiring them. The office manager, Susan Iheanachor, told me she could not advise (not being an attorney) but told me "When you get some time, please give our office a call and we can have an attorney speak with you." I would have thought the correct move would be to pass my email to an attorney who could provide answers, but apparently that was too much trouble for her. There are too many law firms who are professional and responsive, no need to waste time with this poorly-run outfit. EDIT: Response to Kurtz & Blum (no Reply button?) I did not ask legal questions, and thus did not need to speak to an attorney. I Inquired about a simple process that required one filing and one court appearance. I've been too busy to do this myself, so wanted to get a ballpark figure of fees and a rough timeframe to complete from a pro. None of these actions require cracking a law book. If your office manager cannot provide rough costs and timeline for a simple service before speaking to an attorney about the specifics, then no, I won't be doing business with you. And I would advise others not to as well. PS: I don't understand your position. Why would you want to spend an attorney's valuable time speaking with someone who may not be able to afford the service? Letting the prospective client have an idea about approximate fees & time before speaking to an attorney seems like a good thing.
