When I called this law firm (within 3 days of my court case), to handle my recent traffic violation, I received a return call in less than 24 hours. The staff was very courteous and friendly and promptly followed up and provided me with everything I needed to know about them handling my case. I didn’t have to ask any questions for they were very thorough in providing me with all details from court date appearance, waiver requirement, and costs and fees. As a matter of fact, their fee was the last item discussed. I loved the ease of electronically processing my waiver and my fee payment (which was way more reasonable than I expected given my speed). Out of the 25-30 attorney advertisement service letters I received, I am glad I chose Cotton Law Firm. I would highly recommend them.
