I have used Cotten firm lawyer services for my traffic citation and I’m so happy with the experience. Jeremy and Ashley are so professional and able to reduced my traffic charges to minimum penalty. As promised, they have not only helped me save my insurance points but also saved my insurance $$$ prices going up. I did compare their prices with other firms and I find they charge very less compared to others. Well, I wish and hope you don’t get any traffic tickets but if you do they are the best in the business.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I was in contact with Ashley about my traffic ticket. When I called back to hire her the woman who answered the phone never gave my message to anyone. I had to call the office two more times to get someone to actual move forward with things. When my court date was coming up I called because I knew I had to pay, the woman I spoke with said someone would reach out to me. Again no one reached out. I called again later that week and spoke with Ashley, she informed me my license would be suspended because of no payment. When I tried to explain to her that I had called to pay and my message was never returned she began to argue with me. She would not let me speak and was incredibly rude. I asked to speak with the owner of the law firm and she said I quote “ He will say the same thing, he will not care and will not talk to you” This place is incredibly unprofessional and I hope Jeremy Cotton does care how is law firm is run. This is not the way clients should be treated. After telling me to never call the law firm again and being hung up on Ashley then called me 14 minutes later to argue with me more. How unprofessional to say never call again, hang up on someone then call that person back to proceed to argue. As to your response Ashley I did not scream at you, I repeatedly asked if you were going to allow me to speak because you were yelling over me. I was trying to call another office I was unaware the different numbers went to the same location. You are in the wrong. You did not call me to continue you to help me after you said never to call again, you simply called to argue with me and still would not let me get a word in. I was not expecting the office to call me and remind me of my court date which is why I called several times to make a payment. I called in specifically saying I need to make a payment and was always told that someone would contact me back, not once did she simply take my payment. I appreciate it but I don’t need luck because I ALWAYS do right by people, you on the other hand, GOOD LUCK.
