We are definitely pleased that we had reached out to and chosen to work with Cotten Law Firm to resolve our citations from an auto accident. The staff was very friendly and provided easy instructions for submitting documentation and payment, and the matter was completely dismissed in court without us even having to appear before the magistrate. In the end, we saved time and money, and prevented points from accruing on the driving record. We highly recommend them for any traffic related incidents whether the driver is at fault or not. Excellent!

After getting my first speeding ticket in over 10 years (and what is it with the FVPD anyway? I’ve had three tickets in maybe 20 years and they’ve all been in FV. And I don’t even live there!), I of course received dozens of letters from Wake Co. lawyers. Mr. Cotten’s was the only one to quote a reasonable basic rate and a probable outcome based on a good driving record. One phone call was all it took. I paid his fee by phone and didn’t hear from him again until he notified me by email that my case had been resolved to my satisfaction. The next time I get a ticket, and it seems inevitable that I will, I’ll gladly avail myself of Mr. Cotten’s services again.
