Working with Jeremy Cotten and his staff was an extremely simple and pleasant experience! I called to discuss my traffic ticket with them, was informed politely of the options available to me and instructed as to the option that would cost the least and lead to the best possible outcome and provided an easy method of payment. Jeremy handled my case on the day without any further input necessary from me and contacted me with an email to let me know that my infraction had been reduced to a non-moving violation and instruction for payment of court costs. Completely painless (for everything but my wallet, but that's my own lead-footed fault). Thanks Jeremy!
