I was really upset when I called Ashley because i believe the speed i was accused of was inaccurate. However, Ashley was very knowledgeable and patient when it came my questions and options. On court day, I got an email describing what happened and the result of my case. They were able to reduce the ticket so that there is no impact on insurance.

I ran a red light, and unwittingly paid the citation. I paid Cotten $500 to correct my mistake. As well as to get me a Prayer for Judgment Continued, and neither my insurance nor license were affected.

Outstanding customer service! I called a few law firms and got outrageous prices and fees. I contacted Cotton Law Firm and they were way cheaper and very pleasant to speak with. I was a little hesitant but I hired them. They handled my case immediately and was actually able to wave over $300 in fines/fees. I’m extremely happy with them! I hope I don’t get any more traffic tickets but if I do…I will definitely contact them again!
