The NC Bar Association referred me to Williams and Ray for a consultation related to a motor vehicle accident I was involved in several months back. My husband and I were seeking advice regarding fair compensation for the diminished value on our vehicle. Bryce Williams was very friendly, patient, well-informed, and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and provided additional information that was very helpful in aiding my understanding of calculating the diminished value and determining what was an appropriate sum for us to seek to collect from the insurance carrier. My only comment on the negative side of the consultation is only regarding the timeliness of the consultation as we did have to wait about one month for an appointment. However, this is a very minor thing, in my opinion, and the level of service I received was superior. I did not deduct any stars from my review due to this factor. I only mention it as it could be important to others pursuing legal advice.

II am writing to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with this law firm which I engaged in 2019 for a complex case in the state of Colorado. Unfortunately, the outcome was unfavorable, leading to significant personal repercussions, including the necessity of filing for personal bankruptcy. The legal team assigned to my case comprised two young lawyers. Despite their relative inexperience, I hoped for a positive resolution given the complexity of the matter. Regrettably, the case was lost, and the financial investment made in the firm amounted to a substantial sum ($$$$$). One notable issue was the lack of timely communication from one of the lawyers, Mr. Williams, who does not appear to possess the qualities of a trial attorney. It took him a week to contact me and offer an apology for the case's unsuccessful outcome. The absence of genuine remorse or accountability in his communication left me disheartened. Due to ongoing and unresolved matters, I cannot disclose further details at this time. However, I feel compelled to express my disappointment in the firm's practices and their impact on the community. My experience has led me to the decision not to recommend this law firm to others in any state. Furthermore, I am considering taking steps to bring attention to their practices, including exploring avenues to potentially suspend their licenses with the Bar Associations in North Carolina and Colorado. It is my belief that their pursuit of financial gain without due regard for ethical considerations is detrimental to the community they serve. I hope this feedback serves as a cautionary note for others considering legal representation from this Law Firm.

I contacted Brycen and Adam in regard to a legal employment matter. They were able to speak with me on the phone the next day. They listened and carefully reviewed the situation. They advised me on different options and what to expect. Brycen and Adam treated me with empathy and they were trustworthy. In a difficult situation, they helped me make the best decision.

i live in Southern California and own property in Tennessee and that property made a deal with a company in North Carolina. As they say, it's complicated. i knew no lawyer in North Carolina and the case was potentially very damaging to me. At this point i do not remember who recommended Brycen, but i called him, found him to be a good man to speak with so i hired him. our outcome was better than i could have expected. my opponent settled for an amount lower than believed was possible. Brycen handled the long distance, multi-located case smoothly. i have had more experience than i want to have with lawyers so i know what they charge and he was in the bottom range price-wise. so on every measurement he has exceeded my expectations. he gets my highest rating!
