As lawyers go, Alan Schneider is a ROCK STAR! He helped me with a legal matter that I will forever be grateful. For many years, he took my calls and read my emails yet never charged me. I've known quite a few lawyers and Alan stands above them all. He should be in a lawyer's Hall of Fame. Warm, friendly and smart as a whip are just a few adjectives I'd use to describe him. I'll never forget what he did for me. To quote a line from the movie Jerry McGuire, Alan is "my ambassador of Quan!" God bless Alan Schneider and his law firm.

Imogen Baxter was a fantastic resource as a family member created a premarital agreement. She was knowledgeable, proactive, timely, and a prompt communicator. Brent Tanner is a terrible parent coordinator! I state these facts from personal experience. I would stay clear of any involvement with Brent Tanner. He is very unprofessional and disrespectful. If I could sue a PC I would definitely go after him for malpractice and negligence for what he put my family and most of all my daughter through. There isn’t a decent parent who would put their kids through what Brent Tanner put my daughter through. He got my daughter involved in unnecessary immature drama over a silly Apple Watch and phone. All because her mother wanted control at my house. He didn’t have a legitimate excuse for his directive. Brent ran behind my back like the coward he is and had a zoom call with my daughter, without my consent, while at her mothers house, knowing she would be influenced by her mom. Within two months after Brent got my daughter involved she had to quadruple her dose of Prozac. I have the medication timetable to prove it. He put my daughters mental health at risk. When I brought this to his attention he ignored it and keep pressing with his ridiculous directives. He allowed my 10 year old daughter to make her own decision regarding the Apple Watch and phone at my house against my rules that had already been in place for nine months, during which time there were no issues at all. This caused extensive drama between my daughter and I which eventually turned my daughter against me. Brent taught my daughter that she didn’t have to follow rules at my house anymore. Only an unqualified parent would do such a thing. My daughter stopped bringing the watch to my house completely for eight months. During this time Brent filed a complaint with the court trying to hold me in contempt of court for not allowing my daughter to use the watch at my house that she no longer brought to my house. Makes zero sense! Brent absolutely without a doubt lied on the stand under oath. As a result, I eventually lost temporary custody of my daughter for five months over an Apple Watch. I swear you can’t make this stuff up. I’ve been a single dad for 10 years and honestly lost custody of my daughter over an Apple Watch. Brent Tanner told me to my face the first time I met him, that “if he were in my shoes he would probably be in jail” for all the boundaries that my daughters stepdad had crossed with her over the years. He can’t deny it because I have it recorded. Brent stood on the stand under oath and defended the stepdad. He can’t be trusted! When I needed Brent Tanner for a legitimate issue, he ignored me. My ex wife violated the custody track out order. I sent Brent an email regarding this issue. Brent ignored the email, never responded , but charged me $25 to read it. I would like to see Brent’s firm try to justify this review. I have all the facts on paper to prove everything in this review is the truth.

A few weeks before moving out of state, I was served with papers for custody of my then 8 month old son (an arrangement my son’s father and I had both previously agreed to). We did not have a written custody agreement and the baby had stayed with me full time. I was unaware anything was being filed until I was served by the sheriff while I was at work (I’m a full time Pediatric emergency department RN). Once the shock factor wore off, panic set in. North Carolina was a state where I had no family and was by all means meant to be a temporary stay. Before meeting Amy, other lawyers refused to hear me out and told me to settle, as I was bound to lose in court. I refused to accept being trapped in a state where I had no connections and upon meeting Amy, I realized she wouldn’t let me either. From day one I felt supported and although she warned me any relocation case would be an “uphill battle” she never stopped fighting to reunite my son and I with our family in our home state. Amy is personable, professional, and has a good relationship with the court as well as other attorneys. Without her expertise, approach, knowledge of the law, and attention to detail, I truly believe I’d still be fighting for my rights to come home with my son. Amy and her team sorted through thousands of text messages and pictures to develop a portfolio for my defense. I’d 100% recommend Amy. She not only met my expectations as a lawyer, she exceeded them.

Kimberly Bryan is a horrible , incompetent lawyer. She takes peoples money and then does nothing for them. She has an assistant who is equally incompetent . She puts all her work on her assistant . They are both incredibly incompetent and lazy and don’t care about their clients. All they care about is their clients money. They charge outrageous fees. Don’t give them any business!!!

Stephanie and her paralegal Taylor are a power house. They are extremely well organized, professional and very knowledgeable. Stephanie and Taylor work great as a team and communicate effectively which I believe is crucial, especially in high conflict divorces. I highly recommend them.

Imogen Baxter was great, she listened to everything we had to say and helped us to the end of the problem. She absolutely has heart and is the sweetest person to work with.
