The process of purchasing a business seemed overwhelming, but Pete helped make it much easier for me! He was always quick to respond to questions, and was able to anticipate issues or questions before they came up, or at least he had a plan for them ready immediately (I'm not sure which!).His competence and expertise made the transaction thorough and efficient!

Fourscore came to me by word-of-mouth by one my professors. I was about to finish graduate school and doors began to open. One of which was starting my own business under a mentor to eventually own and run the company. I had different legal business aspects that I needed guidance on (creating an LLC, working as a contractor, purchasing a business, etc.). Jesse and Pete helped me through it all! All is still brand new, but I feel very supported. They also assisted me with finding a CPA to assist with day-to-day business needs. They both provided excellent counsel. In addition, they are very responsive to inquiries and small questions. Finally, when the target deadline came, they worked quickly to help reach our targeted timeframe. Although, they had larger businesses they were dealing with at the same time they made my needs a priority too. Highly recommend Fourscore! If you are looking to jump in and take the plunge to starting your own business it can seem a bit scary but once you get going with Foursquare by your side, the water is just fine!

Credible, honest and transparent
