Considering I’m not very familiar with the Raleigh area I was very worried about receiving a court appointed lawyer. From the beginning speaking to his secretary in office to schedule an appointment to him literally walking me out of the courthouse, I felt secure. Mr. Floyd listen to me, did not judge me based on my charges, and gave me encouraging words and reassurance when I needed them most. Considering he is obviously a very very busy man he was fully capable of taking on the workload and juggling everyone with a kind heart and attentiveness.
