When I received a speeding ticket I was flustered and concerned that it was going to result in years of increased insurance costs and other unforseen negative ramifications. I had an otherwise unblemished driving record. I had considered going to court to take care of the ticket myself, but was so unsettled about the experience that I google'd to see what my options were. Jeremy's website was among the first top hits and I'm so glad that it was. I contacted his firm and, after speaking with his assistent, was convinced that he was the local attorney that I wanted to represent my situation. His low-cost fees were excellent and reasonable. He had my 54 in a 35 MPH ticket reduced to Improper Equipment violation. I looked this up and found this: "An improper equipment (IE) is a non-moving violation that results in zero license points and zero insurance points. An IE is considered one of the best reductions in North Carolina. This type of reduction can save you hundreds of dollars in insurance costs and it can also save your license from being suspended."
