Mr. Brinkley was the best lawyer I could ask for. Received 6 drug related felonies resulting from a setup of a controlled buy by an informant which was recorded on camera. I was expecting the worst outcome. Mr. Brinkley was very knowledgeable on the matter, and we met numerous times to listen to me and review over my case to fight the charges. He pushed with the DA many times to get the best possible deal, probation with felony discharge, which I did not think was possible. He was able to keep the case from going to jury, and was able to get the DA to accept the deal. After completion, he was able to expunge all my charges including previous charges from years ago on an unrelated case. Highly recommend Mr. Brinkley, he took time to consult me on my case during the process of turning myself in, before I had taken him on as my lawyer. Firstly, Mr. Brinkley was fair with me on pricing, I was going through a tough time and he accommodated me for whatever I could afford at the time. Whenever I called the Law office I was always gotten back to promptly. Mr. Brinkley represented me in a misdemeanor case, and he continued to show up to court even though it was continually being pushed back for various reasons. Through his diligence and legal direction I was able to get my case dismissed. I would highly recommend him!
