Amazing lawyer! Good price, and got my ticket for going 79 to 65.

The beginning of the experience was great. I was able to schedule help with my traffic case with the first phone call. Everything was handled swiftly. I felt the prices were affordable. However, the end of the experience was negative. I was given incorrect information with my case number. I attempted emailing 4 times over the span of 14 days, and I attempted calling the office to speak with someone. I never received a response back. I ended up calling the clerk of court and speaking to them about the error I was receiving while attempting to pay, and she confirmed that I had been given someone else case number. (this was after she attempted to verify who she was speaking with by telling me the name, race, and date of birth of the person the case number I had received was attached to). I ended up getting the right info, paying my cost and its complete but the lack of communication when I was requesting clarification and help, as well as the lack of attention to detail when emailing me my case number left a sour taste in my mouth.

The firm kept my ticket off my record and I didn't have to pay and up charge to my auto insurance, all for a minimal fee and I didn't have to show up to court. Now, I wish I could say the county didn't tax inexcusably for everything, making my fine exuberant…but that is a different story. :-( But I will still take it as a win!
