Great Law Firm and professional service.

I would give David Coolidge 0 stars if I could. As a publicly recognized notary public , nrecognized by the secretary of state, through delegation of powers are essentially an extension of the secretary of state and in his absence are supposed to hold equal power and is expected to uphold the constitution which you swore an oath to. Shame on you, mr Coolidge. I went in to get some documentation notarized. Before I found this law firm, I had to scour the secretary of states website for countless hours making phone calls to many different locations and numbers to find an active notary services. When I went to this firm, Mr. Coolidge himself refused to see me or talk to me only corresponding through his assistants . I presented to him my documentation per his request that needed to be notarized, at first he told me he doesn’t conduct those kinds of notaries, which baffled me because if I found your law firm information from the secretary of states websites that states you to be a public notary what am I missing here, when I insisted and reminded him he was listed as and is supposed to offer public notary services he told me from across the room again that he does not “feel comfortable” notarizing my documents, his feelings apparently are above the constitution and not because he has to do his job because well that’s kinda what he signed up to be knowing and willingly he didn’t even take his time to look through my documents and overstand exactly what I was asking of him. Simply upholding the constitution as his duty requires less of him, he proceeded to state to me that he only offers those services to paying clients. So he went from I don’t offer these services to ,you have to pay me to do these for you when its supposed to be a free service. Regardless this whole encounter has me dumbfounded I informed him I will be corresponding with the secretary of state to have on the record that mr David coolidge of coolidge law firm is actively denying the public, public notary services if they don’t pay him. I requested a written statement from him to send along with my letter to the secretary of state about this transgression and he refused obviously.

Extremely fortunate and content with the work Mr. Coolidge did for me. Got my charged dismissed in court and prevented me from being suspended at NC state. Great guy. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Took on a student conduct case with David Coolidge. He did an exceptional job with my case, thanks to his expertise and experience with student conduct cases. He also checks back with the customer after the case and makes sure the customer was satisfied with the result and overall experience. Good firm if you’re a student seeking to avoid suspension.

Mr. Coolidge and team are above reproach. By far Elite for the Wake County area. They are thorough, diligent, and work smart. If you are in need of a good lawyer work with them. If not, go with someone else.

Coolidge Law Firm's main goal is to keep your record as clean as possible and Coolidge has the knowledge to do just that. I was on the way to turn myself in when I decided to give this law firm a call 3 years ago. Coolidge quickly reviewed my warrant, seen some inconsistencies and was able to have the charge lowered from felony to misdemeanor before I turned myself in. He even had a low priced bail bondsman on hand if needed. I did become frustrated due to the difficulty to set up a time to speak with Coolidge when my case was far out as well as the length of time that it took to get to trial in Superior court but that was the fault of the wake county court system. Coolidge took my case to trail and he done a fantastic job in the courtroom, even challenging the judge at one instance with proven cases to validate his point!!! Coolidge and Paul make a great team of attorneys while Johnathan and Eric perform a fantastic job supporting. Needless to say we won with a NOT GUILTY verdict and I'd highly recommend Coolidge Law Firm, especially if you plan to take to trial!!

David was very helpful with figuring out how to make sure my case was dismissed and offered me good rates for being a student. My case was dismissed, and I’m very thankful he helped me along the way.
