Firm took care of my speeding ticket. I didn't get much communication from them, but the ticket was dealt with efficiently. I just got an e-mail after the court date and instructions on how to pay the fine. For simple matters, they were able to resolve it quickly.

I called and gave Cotten Law Firm information over the phone about my speeding ticket and paid with my credit card (their fee was less than the other firms I had researched). That was it; I didn't have to go to court or anything...they took care of it and sent me a report letting me know the outcome which was no points on my license and no increase in the cost of my insurance. I do not even know where to start to tell you how wonderful and professional Mr. Cotten and his team were in handling my case. I had two traffic tickets in Raleigh NC from 2005 that was stressing me out. I moved away from NC 2006 never paying for the tickets. I had reached out to Wake County a number of times hoping I could just pay online but was always told that since they were so old that I had to show up in person or get an attorney. After googling attorneys in Raleigh calling nearly 17 different ones, the cheapest anyone would take the case was $1100. After giving up for a couple of years, I did another search June of 2019 for attorneys and Mr Cotten's name popped up and what caught my eye was that he was opened until 7p. So I called and he said he would be glad to handle the tickets for $316. $800 less than anyone else quoted me. Not only was it $800 less, but he said he would be able to get one dismissed and the other lowered. Both of which happened. Took less that 36 hrs to correct after the original phone call. Not once did he judge me or ridicule me for my stupidity of not paying for the tickets before moving out of state. If you need a solid and professional attorney that is very inexpensive then you need Cotten Law Firm and his team.
