Mr. Williams was amazing. Although my situation isn't really a problem just yet, he took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions with patience, tact and compassion. He walked me through what was happening and the steps I should take in the interim. If I asked a question that he didn't know the answer to, he found the answer for within minutes of us talking as to not give me any misleading or wrong information; then gave me examples of what it means, to ensure that I understood. He was honest in a kind way and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who even thinks they need help.

I cannot say enough about these two lawyers. They give 110%. I worked with them for 21 months and it was a wonderful experience. They listen to your concerns and I would definitely recommend them if you need a lawyer in the future.

The NC Bar Association referred me to Williams and Ray for a consultation related to a motor vehicle accident I was involved in several months back. My husband and I were seeking advice regarding fair compensation for the diminished value on our vehicle. Bryce Williams was very friendly, patient, well-informed, and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and provided additional information that was very helpful in aiding my understanding of calculating the diminished value and determining what was an appropriate sum for us to seek to collect from the insurance carrier. My only comment on the negative side of the consultation is only regarding the timeliness of the consultation as we did have to wait about one month for an appointment. However, this is a very minor thing, in my opinion, and the level of service I received was superior. I did not deduct any stars from my review due to this factor. I only mention it as it could be important to others pursuing legal advice.

If or when I have need of a lawyer I will choose Mr. Williams for highest quality.
