The staff and firm were expeditious and practical with phone and digital processing of my case before court. The traffic case was dismissed.

I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer in my case! Because the police officer continuously neglected to fulfill his duty and show up for trial, it was a nearly year-long case that Jeremy Cotten diligently saw through til the end, with the case ultimately resulting in a dismissal.

Hired Cotten Law Firm to represent for a ticket for our daughter that of course she did not deserve! The case was continued 3 times, due to the prosecutor. Each time we were represented and did not have to worry about it. We were well informed and well represented. In addition to emails directly from a lawyer, the office staff was responsive and very well informed. Ultimately, they were able to get the ticket dismissed, saving us 3 trips, points and insurance hikes.

I was very skeptical of the just pay and wait for results process, but things turned out fine. Every time I called, someone picked up and was able to answer my questions. This was my 2nd ticket ever, none in the past 3 years. Case details: 70 in 45mph bumped to 59/45mph, granted a PJC. Appreciated the seamless process with dealing with the ticket and the affordability. Thanks!
