Wonderful lawyer! I had a misdemeanor and an FTA due to having agoraphobia. Chris worked with me and was so understanding and kind and got me the best outcome that was sensitive to me and my anxieties. Also has the best prices in wake county that you’ll find!! They also offer payment plans which is always great. They’re great about communicating as well and quick to respond. They’re also always there to help in anyway they can. I HIGHLY recommend this law office!

Chris represented me with a case and it ended up getting dismissed because he saw an opportunity to do so and he knew how to take advantage of it, I ended up with the best possible solution I could get. Always get a good lawyer when you have legal issues, they only seem expensive, if you don't win the case you will wish you spent the money on a lawyer and the cost won't seem as bad as what can happen to you if you try and brave the courts on your own. I was referred to Kurtz & Blum by a friend who was familiar with their results. I had been dealing with an ongoing situation that was not going to be resolved without litigation. During my initial consultation, I was amazed at the level of courtesy as well as the patience that Mr. Seth Blum exhibited as I was explaining my situation. It was very evident that he was paying attention and listening to every detail that I shared. Although I retained Mr. Blum to represent me, I felt as if I retain the entire firm due to the communication and team approach that I experienced during this process. I encountered several of his staff members as well as others on his legal team. They were all friendly, courteous and meticulous with their attention to detail. When I referred a friend who was in need of legal representation to Kurtz & Blum, I shared my experience and how exceptionally pleased I was with the firm. I also shared that they may find someone to represent them for a cheaper rate; however, I explained that you should not bargain hunt when it comes to your peace of mind. I had a case where the police stopped me, at NIGHT. As i passed him as he sat in the median. .told me my tint was too dark (😑) ....he pulled me. Tild en that. . he went to his car came back ( after 3 .more showed up)had me outbthe car....handcuffed me......he asked if he could search i said yes.. I had nothing to hide..I told him there is a gun on my console (in the open) cop says ok.then after finding no drugs or anything.. he said since I didn't tell him at first it considered concealed because he didn't see it when he walked up to my window (probably cuase u didn't look and it's pitch black at 10pm on side of a hwy)so I was booked for carrying concealed.. really,,?? When he grabbed my gun OFF THE CONSOLE after I told him as I'm already in handcuffs...BEFORE the search even started.....I learned my rights sinse then. But Mr Floyd got my charges dismissed without even goin to court .reasonable prices for outstanding services. And he and the office woman speak professionally and with respect. I gave him a 5 star but if I could give 20 stars I would thank you once again!!! Recommend to any one needing legal services....I'm a Cumberland County resident and was going to raleigh for dinner that night and this ruined (crooked cops)everything..but the outcome of this case makes me happy!!!!!

Chris was absolutely phenomenal with helping my case! He made the process effortless and was communicative and honest for the duration of our transaction. After our initial phone call, he created a strategic game-plan of how he would prepare for my court case and was able to get my infraction dismissed with no additional court fees. (For reference, I accidentally brought my loaded gun through TSA security at RDU airport.)
