Steven is the most effective defense attorney I've ever seen in a court room. His knowledge of the law and compassion for his clients not only makes him the best lawyer in Wake County by a mile, but he is also a genuinely wonderful caring human being. He knows the needs of his clients and is always prompt to answer just a basic question in spite of having one of the largest case loads and clients in all of Wake County. Steven has been a God send to me in situations that could have seriously jeopardized my future - and the results have always been A1. I cannot sing this man's praises any more than I know how. With the team of Caroline, who is the most intelligent and efficient paralegals out there, and Steven Saad- they are a force to be reckoned with when in regards to defending the citizens of Wake County against reckless DA's and partial judges. Steven is still a young man, and with his legal expertise and success rate at defending the populous he will no doubt be the next Joe Cheshire not in a matter of decades, but in a matter of years.

I was driving home late from work one night on a country road. Since I was the only one I sped up on a stretch. I didn't see the officer in the median. I got a ticket for 79mph in a 55mph. Hey, I drive a corvette, and like I said, there was no one else on the road (by-pass). I'm sure the officer loved seeing my speed increase as I went by him. It was very dark. Anyway, it is still my fault. And the officer was nice to me. I found Mr. Saad through Avvo. When I spoke to him he was very nice, polite, and wiling to answer all of my questions. Mr. Saad was able to get my ticket reduced to 9 over. It was an incredibly easy process. I didn't need to go to court, Mr. Saad took care of everything. If I needed anything or had any questions he was easy to reach or got right back to me. He was up front with the fee, which was more than reasonable. Everything went very smoothly. My freshman year of college, I ran into trouble with a minor in possession of alcohol charge while making a dumb decision with some friends. Steven Saad understood my situation after just one meeting and helped me greatly by referring me to an Alcohol Assessment Center, where I was helped swiftly and easily. With an alcohol assessment done, the case was immediately dropped, then Saad got my case expunged months later. I was extremely satisfied with his work.

Steven Saad fought and won my DUI case recently. I was charged with a DUI even though I had drank very little and did very well on my field tests (and was initially pulled over for a simple non-moving traffic violation). Steven proved that he is extremely knowledgeable about the law and how to apply it. He filed 4-5 motions and ultimately got evidence suppressed, as well as provided examples in the law that supported his argument that I should not have been arrested in the first place. When Steven went into action, he was professional and passionate. He also took his time, as the entire process took multiple trips to court to ensure we sufficiently covered everything in order to get the best outcome. He was not in a rush to close the case until it was done right, even though he was paid upfront. My case was dismissed and I paid $300 in court cost. What a relief! Thanks Steven, cannot thank you enough!

I am posting anonymously because I got a DUI and that is not a good look on anyone. However without going into details of my case, I should have never been pulled in the first place. I was at NC State University area for a NCSU football game and a trooper with an ego pulled me over. Needless to say, the things this trooper did from the time this started all the way through the trial showed that he knows less about the law than Mr. Saad. Mr. Saad knew exactly what angle he wanted to take on my case from the very first time I even communicated with him. I was referred to him by someone else who went to school with him at North Carolina State University. That was the best referral I could have ever gotten. He made it affordable and I am still actually paying him in payments as I am in college so I didn't have the money right up front. (That is another plus now that I am typing it). He explains exactly what he is doing for you and what he will try to do for you. He doesn't sugarcoat anything and is probably one of the nicer people I have ever met. None of it is fake and he works for YOU! I found out around the middle of the time frame of him continuing my cases that he was a DA before, so that REALLY helps with his knowledge of the law, which cops are good and bad, and which judges you want. I hope I never have to use the guy again, but if for some reason any of my friends ever get in trouble I will automatically send them that way. I am appreciative what he has done for me and I think you who is reading this will be pleasantly surprised if you ever have to use him.
