Stacy and his crew were endearing from day one. He's very personalized from the start and goes out of his way to make sure the process is as painless as possible. He stays in touch with updates and represents his clients without fear of failure. My claim through his office was resolved in a timely manner and to my benefit as well as my family's. Stacy has a personality that would grant him an invite even to my own dinner table, and he strives to keep that atmosphere perpetual. His skills were impeccable and we reached the original goal set forward in the beginning with as little stress as possible on my part. Stacy battled a travel insurance agency to get a full refund for me and my husband who was diagnosed with a progressive disease a couple of weeks before a big family trip to Italy.
