As I type this review, I'm very emotional.... I need to write this review to tell the world, that this is the best attorney that I've ever met (actually the only one😊). My first encounter with Jesse was by telephone and from that conversation he made me feel secure that everything would be alright. Without meeting me personally he said "I got you". That alone spoke volumes, because he believed in me and worked to prove my innocence. His professionalism was astonishing. I'll be forever grateful for what he did for me. There is still good people in the world that really do have the best intentions for you❤. If you EVER need an attorney, my friend Jesse Scharff is the man! Jesse Scharff (and the Scharff Law Firm) is amazing beyond belief! To summarize – here are reasons you should hire Jesse Scharff without delay: 1. Jesse and Reba communicate well. This also goes for all the personnel in his office. Jesse and the Scharff Law firm do their best to answer your questions within 24 hours and they keep you informed through the whole process. 2. Jesse will not bullshit or sugarcoat you. He will be straightforward and let you know his thoughts and opinions about your case. 3. Jesse knows the Judges, the DA’s and all the people important in your case. He has the ability to spot weaknesses in the prosecution and the officers. a. He will give you information to review – so you can review if you would like. In my case, I reviewed everything. I researched a ton and none of that mattered, because Jesse had it handled. b. Jesse will also give you the standard information for you to do prior to your court case. c. Do what he says. I finished all the classes, pre-work and community service before my first court case in preparation for the worst scenario. Here are my reasons and why I say the above: I hired Jesse for a DWI charge. He was a recommendation from a friend, whom in her case had a different attorney she fired, in order to hire Jesse. The Sunday morning after my arrest on Saturday, I called Jesse’s number, about an hour later, he called me and we spoke for about an hour. In this initial conversation, I was impressed; not only by what he had to say, but also because of his demeanor and the steps he took to outline what I should do next. Every time I met with Jesse, he was organized and on track. Here is where Jesse’s experience and patience seals the deal. When the DA was arguing my case, she went after everything, my demeanor, and my character and she presented a few incorrect facts and made broad and unclear assumptions. Jesse leaned over to me and said, “All she is proving is that you were intoxicated” and that’s what she did. After about an hour and thirty minutes, the DA only proved that I was intoxicated and could did not prove that I was driving or that I was complicit in any illegal activity. Jesse got up and spoke for about three minutes to refute the evidence and said “Your Honor, we have no evidence my client was in the car, and much less driving.” My case was dismissed and all charges dropped. My arrest and record were expunged and I have my life back. The Scharff Law Firm is exactly what it is supposed to be. It’s not super fancy, glamorous or in a pretentious high rise building. It’s perfect for an honest, hardworking firm. Jesse speaks to you as his friend & ally - always showing up to court to walk you through the process. Jesse and the Scharff Law firm charge a fair and honest fee and the charge is worth every single penny! Jesse sits down with you each time to give you instructions and his game plan. Follow all of his (and his firms’) instructions. I refer everyone to Jesse and would not hesitate to use him again. I could not have asked for a better person to advocate on my behalf. I trust Jesse and the Scharff law firm and I thank them for all their efforts.

I would highly recommend Scharff Law Firm as they took care of me from day 1. They made me have high hopes and delivered results! Jesse was extremely down to earth to speak to and I was certainly able to feel more comfortable and confident speaking to someone who understands where I was coming from and the urgency my case needed.
