We consulted Rebekah Grafton after applying for parole in place with another attorney, which was denied. Rebekah did the following things. • Conducted an in-depth interview with my wife to fully understand every aspect of her circumstances and available options. • Initiated an inquiry with USCIS on her denied case via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to understand why the previous attempts had been denied. After understanding all the facts, Rebekah laid out available options based on immigration law. When we chose one, we worked with her staff, who were thorough and professional in gathering all documents needed for the submission of our I-131. After the form was approved, Rebekah succeeded where another attorney had failed twice; we traveled and returned to the US without incident. Per Rebekah’s plan, we submitted a I-785, I-130, and I 485 (green card). As before, the staff was extremely competent, and forms were speedily sent to USCIS for consideration. Waiting was frustrating, but we were updated when information was available. When we had questions, they were promptly answered. No outcome in these cases is guaranteed; however, with Rebekah’s knowledge and follow-up, you have the best chance for a desired outcome. Choose her with confidence.

Me gustaría compartir mi experiencia con la doctora Elizabeth Hutchens. Por no entender una de las preguntas del oficial de migración, no fue posible aprobar mi ciudadania. Por recomendación trabaje con ella(Elizabeth Hutchens ), quien me ayudo y fue mi guía para llevarme por el camino correcto del éxito. Trabajamos poco tiempo pero fue muy precisa en su dinámica ya que tocó muy bien los puntos claves,enfocada siempre donde podía fallar. Luego de entrar nuevamente a la entrevista, pude notar lo fácil que fue, y sin temor a responder con mucha seguridad todas las preguntas del oficial de migración, quien preguntó por qué hacer nuevamente la entrevista. Puedo recomendarla ampliamente, ya que maneja muy bien los 2 idiomas Inglés/Español que da un plus para un buen entendimiento.

I received my first traffic offense in the city of Apex for 69 mph in a 45 mph zone in mid February. Although this was my first time being pulled over by an officer, I was engulfed in mixed emotions and conflicted on how to handle this new situation.
