If you research Wattiker vs Governors Club POA, you will get an accurate understanding of Mrs. Carmichael. She filed a fraudulent lien on our home and tried to foreclose our property. What is egregious about this "thug" (my opinion based on her behavior) is she is a deacon/elder at a Presbyterian church in Raleigh!
