The team at Cary Estate Planning has been wonderful from our first interaction through the close of the estate they were supporting me with this past year. They carefully helped me understand what they do, pricing, how the estate would be handled, and what I needed to do in a clear and caring manner. During the period of the estate they had a staffing change but handled the transition so smoothly it was easy to pick up with the new team member and keep things moving forward. They were always available with help, support and answers to my questions. I live far from their offices but they facilitated everything with my local clerk of court, provided options for sending/receiving documentation, and never once made it feel like an issue. I would highly recommend anyone that needs estate planning assistance in NC.

A couple of years ago, I saw an invitation on Facebook to join a zoom on estate planning. I knew my husband I needed a plan so I signed up and joined the zoom. I listened to Paul Yokabutis talk estate planning. He was so down to earth and explained things so well that we made an appointment with Cary Estate Planning immediately! We met with him at his Wake Forest office and he was exactly the person I saw in the zoom meeting! So nice, explained everything so well that we became clients. We’ve made some changes to our plan over the last couple of years and the communication with Paul and his staff is definitely 5 star. Especially Rebecca Malone!
