My husband and I used WWLG for our house closing and our attorney, Jennifer Sotack, was prompt, professional and made sure to truly represent us as the buyers. We could not have been happier with her service and I would highly recommend them if you care about your paperwork, attention to detail and professionalism.

Had my Health Care POA done in the Cary office and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The team is caring, professional and understanding when answering questions throughout the whole
process.

The girl that answered the phone that said she was Jennifer Sotak's legal aid was very rude, and very unprofessional! She wouldn't even allow me to leave her (Jennifer Sotak) a voicemail, or email. Oh, and the best part..she just hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional!! Bad Business.

I drove to Cary for a closing at WWLG. I arrived and asked to use the restroom before doing the paperwork. I was informed by the receptionist that I could not use the restroom because of Covid. My reply was "ma'am, you don't even have a mask on." Seriously, clients can't use the restroom but she can greet them without a mask! She said she was medically exempt. I saw no reason she could not put one on for one minute while addressing me because she did not appear to have a problem breathing, but whatever. I am then asked to have a seat in a room next to the receptionist's desk and the attorney comes in without a mask. I said you don't wear a mask either? He said he could not do three things at once. He was holding my file in one hand, my license in another, and had his mask on top of the file. My first thought, of course, was put your mask on before you enter, just like I put mine on before I came into your office. I tried to be friendly during the paperwork, but he wasn't having any part of that. I guess I made him angry because I asked about the masks. Anyway, I was assigned him by the lender. I would never go back!

Sincerely disappointed with the lack of concern that the paperwork provided to us was incorrect and no one is helping us to find out what happened. A widow moving from out of town to a subdivision here found out the sellers did not disclose a third HOA fee. One thing you don't expect from an attorney is "Everyone knows that subdivision has three HOA's." While I don't expect this would be the attorney's responsibility, we were certainly taken aback when the attorney seemed more bothered by our issue than taking an opportunity to aid us in a resolution. A more professional gesture would be to help us find out where the system broke instead of basically saying tough luck. Additional payment for time wouldn't have been out of the question. Please look elsewhere. Anyone can do a real estate closing but people who actually show care and due diligence should get your business, not this firm. They're really only interested in your money, not your satisfaction.

If you are dealing with legal issues, in my opinion Mr. Jackson is the lawyer to have on your side. I would recommend this law firm to anyone without a second's hesitation. Mr. Jackson treated me with the utmost respect. It has been an honor and privilege to have meet Mr. Jackson and Mrs. Leigh Ann. Thank you for everything.
