In regards to a potential case, I asked them basic information about their firm, and there were extremely rude to me. I have the e-mails to prove it. I recommend staying far away from this unprofessional and scummy law firm.

The persons answering John Edwards office phone refuse to let me speak to himand refuse to allow me to leave a message for him.Two different people told me that John Edwards doesn't have voicemaill. I told them that it was a matter of life and death and the person hung up on me.

When I wasn’t even sure if we needed a lawyers help, and for some reason seeking legal help is nerve-wracking, Edwards Kirby took my call anyway then helped us through the very end. Everyone I came in contact with was super pleasant and because of COVID we never actually met but all my questions and calls were responded to promptly and with care. I had called 4 other lawyers before them and they said they would return my call, only 1 did but Edwards Kirby took my call when I called.
