I hired attorney Moose in 2023 to represent my son and was promised everything and got nothing but my money taken he made promises and did not comply with anything he said NC State bar will be hearing from me soon at this point I have no choice . We do have laws to help when a lawyer takes your money and doesn't do his job !

Do not I repeat do not give this attorney your money if you want results.if you want results contact someone else anyone else. Absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with an attorney. A simple process that other attorneys tells me takes a few weeks 2 years later and still not resolved.

I had the pleasure of being represented Mr.Moose in two of my cases I had a DUI and 3 other traffic infractions on the same case they got dismissed with his help every step I felt protected and glad to be his client, he was very determined and professional every step of the way. Daniel Moose is an excellent attorney that I have recommended to all my friends and family. I have been in the Legal Profession for over 17 years and know several attorneys in the area, but he was the first one I called to ask if he could help me with a Speeding Ticket. I was doing 63 in a 45 in Durham County and I was afraid I was going to get points on my license. He was able to get an improper equipment so I only had to pay the court costs and the fine with no points on my license.
