We interviewed James Hart to handle my elderly mother's estate planning. After the interview we were sure Mr. Hart was the lawyer to handle her matters. Other lawyers seemed very cookie cutter without getting to know much about my mom's estate and situation. Mr. Hart assesses the request and provides a flat fee quote which was very much appreciated. He spent alot of time with us getting to know the estate and provided guidance on how to better it. The official documents (will, power of attorney, medical directives, etc.) were presented to us in a very professional, easy to use binder and Mr. Hart provided electronic access to these as well. All our questions during this process were answered both email and phone in an acceptable timeframe. I would definitely refer Mr. Hart to my friends and family.

Empathetic and Caring Attorney with the Elder Care planning skills needed to a difficult time. Highly recommended.

My mother in-law went to see him. He wasn't helpful and disregarded her time.He asked her to come back because he said he had a 3:00pm appointment.It was 2:15 there was plenty of time to see her! His time was more important than hers. He wasn’t thoughtful or caring . She’s an elderly women who went there for help and made her leave when he had plenty of time to see her. I told her not to go back. If he’s that disprepectful why give him your business.

Patrick and I met less than 24 hours before my 50B renewal hearing. After going through what life was like with my ex, and his on-going behavior since; Patrick was able to go in the next day and make sure the judge heard the history required to decide in my favor. I was granted another 18 month Order. My last attorney had several months on the whole case and managed 12 months. Regarding Custody: Patrick was calm and rational. He wasn’t trying to be a psychologist, he wasn’t trying to think like a judge, and he wasn’t trying to become my friend. If you talk with an attorney who does any of those, run. Patrick advocated for me, and made sure my ex’s long-winded ramblings were efficiently cut to pieces with targeted questions for me and the other witnesses. Whatever his methodology is, it was easy to answer succinctly. In the end, we did better than even he expected. Incidentally, my case has very high CPS involvement because of my ex. Patrick understood the complexities in a way an average family law attorney does not. I received a referral to this firm, but for a different partner. As it turned out, I was represented by exactly the right person.

I had the best experience with Batch, Poore & Williams. Mr Williams represented me and he was the best! Extremely professional, yet patient; thorough, yet ethical; I would highly recommend them!!
