I have been working with Mrs. Sarah Gerow and she has been amazing. I’ve also spoken to Mr. Mark a couple times and they are both very professional, patient, very understanding of my situation. I am updated on everything even calls me to inform me of the small to major updates. Mrs. Gerow does not rush me what so ever. Her communication is amazing. With inflation and everything being so expensive she doesn’t constant ask for me to put funds in my trust fund, but respectfully reminds me when I do forget. This goes to again point out she is very understanding of any situation. I can trust her with anything and everything without feeling judge or misunderstood. I also want to point out she is a “what do you want”, “this is what I think is best for you” and not a “I think we should do this or you should go with this and agree to that”, but as well has me fully aware of the possible good and bad outcomes. This firm is definitely not a what I’m used to hearing “some do it for the money and try to win”. This firm actually cares about their client, and clients money. Lastly, 100% military friendly/ knowledgeable. Mark will not talk to you without a $10,000 deposit. I was told, ad nauseam, how Mark wrote 3 books on military divorce and how he is the foremost attorney concerning military divorce. After taking my case, I was shuffled off to a different attorney. One who offended the judge, used "it's a witch-hunt" as a defense, and was stumped by the opposing attorney with one piece of paper. The only difference in my life from before the trial and after the trial is I have a bill of $30,000. After all that, my attorney said it was unfair of me to say we lost....we lost. When a friend of mine was going through a divorce and asked me what lawyer to use, I gave her the phone number of the opposing counsel.
