Richard and his team really listened to try and understand my situation early on which was huge for me. I have lost more that $15,000.00 because of this law firm!!! I am so outraged that a law firm like this would take on a frivolous lawsuit where the client has not submitted any kind of proof for a case. In 2021 I have been sued for Alienation of Affection, Criminal Conversation / Intentional and Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress. To this day after paying for numerous Depositions and defending my innocence there is still no proof at all of any kind of wrongdoing on my part. Mr. Gantt removed himself from the case at some point, which does not change the fact this case should have never even been filed without any kind of proof provided by his then client! This case is still not resolved as the person suing me can no longer be found and I am still out more than $15,000.00 in lawyer fees! Here I am, an innocent individual, that is suffering because of the result of this law firm failing to do their due diligence seeking the truth before filing a law suit.

I have been divorced for six years but been back in court several times as recent as last December. The last two times I have had Richard represent me which always gives me a peace of mind. He will fight for you and great at man-eating during negotiations. I highly recommend him and his staff.
