“Douglass Noreen. Did not do what we requested as clients. He did not respond to de probate courts in a timely manner. He failed to return phone calls and sided with a felon who forged CD, IRAs and let them. Off with all the proceeds of my parents death. He had a lot of excuses for over 3+ years for not doing his job.”
