I first called Michael from my elderly mother's hospital room. She experienced a horrific, on the job injury and was facing months of medical treatment and many more additional surgeries with a questionable outcome. He actually recommended I didn't need an attorney at that time as her needs were being met and it would not add value. Fast forward a year later and we are now in final settlement negotiations.
