I called for help with accident/injury and criminal defense from an ad. When I spoke with someone from the criminal defense team they were rude and unprofessional. Also the "help" I received was clearly from a Google search and also largely inapplicable.
I understand that consultation exists for a reason but so does professionalism.

Every lawyer with the firm is phenomenal. Not only are they willing to help ALL THEY CAN, but they also show a genuine human dynamic. My family members situation was unique, I had no idea how unique the whole staff was. No judgements were made, all we received was support that could lead to a strong resolution. If I could give 1 million stars I would. You are doing yourself and your family an injustice if you do not at-least do a consultation. They care about you, your future, and your case. If you’re tired of fighting, let them do it for you.
