John N. McClain Jr Attorney at Law in Raleigh NC filed an illegal summons and had a fictitious judgment without the Defendant , being properly served, and had no knowledge of any evidence of any debt owed, then to top everything off, he had the Plaintiff , Michael O’Hare , VP of First Citizens Bank being sworn and deposed this to be true from a “Complaint “ , filed , with NO knowledge to the Defendant, say that to the “Best of his knowledge “ that this is True, sign a letter of verification, and HE, the Attorney, John N. McClain Jr. Notarized it himself!! This is not only Illegal, it’s a fraudulent scam, which the defendant had NO knowledge of until two weeks ago, and this was done in 2016! This is NOW, September, 2023!! I smell a RAT, and I know where he is at!! Beware of SOME Attorneys who apparently don’t have any respect for the law and obviously do not care! For example: Improper Service, and the right to due process!! The Defendant was wrongfully charged with unlawful Judgment! Defendant has never been served!! Plus, didn’t owe plaintiff any money to Plaintiff! All actions have consequences!! Justice needs to be served! Defendant has been unlawfully convicted of a debt that he knew NOTHING about, and a Judgement brought against him in 2016, with No Service and No knowledge whatsoever about any debt! His rights were violated and there was no due process to acknowledge his defense in court! Someone has made an enormous mistake against the Defendant and it needs to be corrected and dismissed immediately against him!

Mr. Devon Newton You are simply the best! Thank you so much! I was given a citation for doing U turn on red light. I have had a clean driving record for over 10 years, so I was debating on going to court and representing myself. The last minute, I decided to hire Mr. Devon Newton from Hatch, Little & Bunn, and that was one of the best decision I could ever made!
