This law firm's capabilities can't be overstated. Counsel was there for me whenever I needed him, and was very comforting through one of the most stressful times of my life. Jeff Horsley was amazing with his professionalism, knowledge, and skill handling my case. If I ever needed representation again, there is no one I would want more protecting me.

I met with Jeff Horsley back in 2007 to learn what legal options I'd have in pursuit of recouping financial losses from an apartment complex that had placed me in an inhabitable apartment. After explaining my options, we made a plan of action and began legal proceedings. Fast forward 9 years later, and we finally reached a settlement. During the 9 year duration, Jeff worked conscientiously & proactively to ensure we came to an agreement that I was satisfied with. Jeff was professional, patient and most of all, consistent & thorough! I highly recommend his legal services.

This firm is either incompetent or dishonest and frankly I don't know which possibility is worse. During my closing they failed to complete the title search within the due diligence period, reported incorrect information, and attempted to add additional fees to the closing costs without contacting me. I'm sure there are more professional real estate attorneys to choose from in this area. Do yourself a favor and choose wisely.

Horsley Law handled the closing on a refinance for my home. The mortgage company wanted to send out a paralegal to close but I felt more comfortable handling in a law office. Having done this both ways previously I am glad I opted for going to the attorney and Horsley Law was a great choice. Ana was very responsive in getting the paperwork prepared quickly and had no problem with last minute changes. Frank was the attorney handling the closing and was very thorough in explaining what each item was as we went thorough. My wife and I were very pleased with the whole experience and do not see how it could have gone any better.

Issues like clouds on title, survey problems, title search, impervious surfaces, etc. He will work with the buyer to make sure everything is done properly from the title search to recordation.
