Midtown was horrible to deal with. They are an unprofessional staff. When their client was delayed in closing they did little to assist and were not communicative in any way. Did not know until we showed up at the office to close on a property that the buyers had a home to sell and that they had not yet completed closing on the purchase of my home. This can somewhat be overlooked, but I get an email today that they made a $2,000 mistake months ago in October and this is the first I have even heard that there is possibly a mistake, much less a $2,000 mistake. Midtown is too big of a headache for me to ever use again.

How this form has a 4.9 on Google yet every 5th review is horrible..... Id say something fishy as all the negative reviews are addressing the same issues that myself and others experienced. To update from the manager and owners post about how I or my family never did business with them and should be removed... It is that then I have a dozen documents from them. Clearly they owner/manager doesn't truly care and just wants the reviews cleaned up.

Had to use them for our closing through Open door. While the attorney on closing day was really nice and explained the process plainly, we received less than stellar service from the paralegal who even got our names spelled wrong in the documents. I'm not a lawyer but I think getting the names right on the legal documents would be something basic to any attorney

Horrible service; money hungry and unprofessional team. I had the unfortunate experience of working with the paralegal manager Angie Turner who proved to be far more concerned about collecting my money than doing her job. All I needed is a re-write of my warranty deed to do a simple correction. She delegated the job to someone, and I went to their office and signed it. Then she disappeared for weeks afterward and I had not heard from her. When I finally wrote her an email to inquire about the recording and how to view it, I wrote her two bulleted distinct questions. Her reply back was "did you send your check"? and she ignored both of my questions. It was obvious she was far more concerned about collecting a trivial $100 than addressing my needs. It is horrible to deal with a greedy company where you feel very unvalued as a customer which is viewed as a mere checkbook to fill their pockets. To make it worse, after I expressed my distraught ; her follow-up action was clearly fake and unapologetic. she didn't even have the courtesy to pick up the phone and call. I will never deal with this company again in the future.
