Members of my crew were cited for not having proper fall protection. In photos, taken by the OSHA rep, it showed that they were tied off correctly. The rep then cited them for improperly using a cooking device with an extension cord on the site. I felt that the fine was wrong and decided to hire an attorney to review the situation. Atty Guyton communicated with OSHA in a timely manner and was able to get the fine drastically reduced.
