Working with Mr. Griffin on our estate plan was a great experience. He was very thorough and we felt completely confident in his expertise. He explained the complexities of the laws in a straightforward and understandable manner, and accommodated all of our requests. We are pleased and relieved to have those documents in place for when they are needed.

We worked with Chess to setup our Will, Living Trust and both Financial and Healthcare Powers of Attorney. He did a great job working with us to answer all of our questions. The entire process was handled in an efficient well thought out manner. He always made us feel comfortable even with the complex items as he was able to provide us with relevant examples that enabled us to quickly understand the decisions that needed to be made. Chess was exactly what we were looking for when my wife and I needed to get our estate in order. Chess spent the time up front to explain to us in detail what we needed and what he recommended and made sure that we understood every step in the process. This was a very low pressure situation -- he works within your constraints and timeline. I did check out a few other lawyers prior and they were all very high pressure. We couldn't be happier with our experience. We are also impressed that he said we can come in whenever and talk to him or have him review our documents in the future to ensure that we have proper coverage and without charging us additional fees. Some firms I went to want a yearly maintenance fee! We would use Chess again in a minute.
